What We Stand For
We are a group of dedicated outdoor instructors, qualified teachers, Mountain Leaders, paddle coaches and D of E managers; who also love being Duke of Edinburgh Award Expedition supervisors and assessors.

We believe that young people thrive through empowerment of adventure, that nurtures confidence in a safe environment. We believe in the ‘added value’ that outdoor adventure provides to school students academic achievements.

Our expeditions and residentials champion key skills like resilience, problem solving, communication and teamwork. Key skills that are taken forward to into further or higher education and on into the workspace.

Every participant is unique, and we understand every background and life challenges are different. We have strong safeguarding, mental health and well-being policies. We work with each school and adhere to their own policies, reporting directly to the schools the Safeguarding Lead [SGL] whenever the need arises. Equally, we note participants success and achievements via expedition reports.
